  • What is Vizivo?

    Vizivo is quality Math for primary students to practice regularly and earn rewards. It is focused on concepts and problem solving. Students earn VizBucks for their practice which can be redeemed for tempting rewards such as pizza and games.

  • Who is Vizivo for?

    Vizivo is for primary school children studying in Grades 3 through 7 and belonging to any school board such as CBSE, ICSE, International or State.

  • How will Vizivo help my child?

    Vizivo offers quality Math focused on concepts and problem solving in the form of regular tests. Instructional videos enable students to review and improve their performance. Vizivo motivates students to practice regularly and perform well by allowing them to earn rewards based on these.

  • Which syllabus does Vizivo follow?

    Vizivo focuses on a broad set of concepts and analytical skills. We cover the Math Olympiad syllabus and then a little more!

  • Which school board does Vizivo follow?

    Vizivo is relevant for all school boards such as CBSE, ICSE, International and State.

  • Which grades is Vizivo for?

    Vizivo is for primary school children in Grades 3 through 7.

  • Does Vizivo offer face to face teaching also?

  • How is Vizivo different from other online programs?

    Vizivo is a unique program centered around:

  • Does Vizivo prepare for the Math Olympiad?

    Vizivo’s content covers the syllabus for the Math Olympiad. In addition, Vizivo offers specific courses for the Olympiad.

Your Account

  • Is Sign Up really free?

    Yes, you can create a Vizivo account for free and with no commitments. Once you create an account, you can register for courses and pay accordingly. Vizivo always has a free course available for each grade to try out.

  • How do I enroll my child?

    Start at the Sign Up page: It should take less than a couple of minutes to sign up. Once your account is created you can login to add more students or enroll in courses using the "Settings" button at the top of the "My Vizivo" page.

  • Can I enroll in Vizivo at any time of the year?

    Yes, you can enroll at any time. We have new courses starting every two weeks throughout the year.

  • Can I try out Vizivo for some time before I pay?

    Yes, we always have a free course available for each grade to try out. The entire course with all features is free so you get to experience Vizivo in full without any commitment.

  • Can I sign up for multiple courses?

    Yes, you may sign up for as many courses as your child or student can handle. Use the "Add a Course" option in the "Settings" menu at the top of the page after you log in.

  • Can a child register for courses in different grade levels?

    Yes. We do not impose any restrictions since the parent or teacher is the best judge of the child’s ability.

  • Can I add a child or student after creating my account?

    Yes, you can do this by using the "Add a Student" option in the "Settings" menu at the top of the page after you log in. There is no constraint on the number of children you can add to your account.

  • How can I change my password?

    Use the "Change Password" option in the "Settings" menu at the top of the page after you log in.

  • What do I do if I forget my user name or password?

    The parent or teacher’s user name is their email address. If you have forgotten this, please send email to with your name and other details used for sign up. Vizivo will verify and send you the email address used. If you have forgotten the password, go to the Login page and click on "Forgot your password?"

  • Does my account expire if I am not registered for any courses?

    No, Vizivo accounts do not expire even if you are not registered for any course.

Using Vizivo

  • How much time will my child have to put in for Vizivo?

    In general Vizivo courses require the student to take two practice tests per week. The expected effort on each test varies from 10 to 15 minutes. In addition, we recommend spending sufficient time on reviewing the test so that you are better prepared for the next one.

  • I don't see the start test button in my account?

    The button to start a test exists only in the student account. You cannot take a test when logged in as a parent or teacher.

  • What kind of problems are in the test?

    All Vizivo tests use multiple choice problems with 4 choices per problem.

  • How does my child get to know the right answer to a question?

    Once a test is submitted by the student, it is available for review. The review has solutions as well as instructional videos related to the problems in the test. Reviewing these will help to close any gaps in understanding by the student and lead to better performance on the next test.

  • How does my child prepare for the next test?

    The best preparation for the next test is to thoroughly review the problems from the previous tests since many concepts are inter-related. You can also look up the course description for the topics included and prepare for them.

Progress Report

  • Can I see a report of my child's progress?

    Yes. Once you log in as a parent, the "My Vizivo" page has a "Performance" tab that shows how well your child or student is doing in each course. The student or course of interest can be selected using the drop down button at the top right of the "My Vizivo" page. The Performance dashboard is NOT shown to students when they log in.

  • How do I know my child is making progress?

    The Performance dashboard shows
    (1) how well your child is performing in comparision to other children taking the course
    (2) his or her scores on each test and
    (3) his or her attendance.
    This information will give a good picture of your child’s performance and progress.

  • How does Vizivo calculate a student’s ranking?

    The student’s performance on a test is measured as a function of accuracy (number of correct answers) and speed (time taken to complete the test). Performance on tests adds up to performance in the course. Ranking is calculated by comparing performance scores across all the students taking the course at that time.

  • How do I know which questions my child answered incorrectly on a test?

    After submitting a test, it is immediately available for review. The review shows the student’s response to each question on the test and whether it was correct or not. Solutions and instructional videos are also given in the review for each question.

  • How is a test scored?

    All tests are scored on both accuracy (number of correct answers) and speed (time taken to complete the test).

  • How do I know if my child is taking the tests regularly?

    Once you log in as a parent, the "My Vizivo" page has a "Performance" tab that shows how well your child or student is doing in each course. The Performance dashboard includes information on your child’s attendance such as the number of tests taken on time (within 4 days of the test availability) and the number of tests waiting to be done.


  • How do I earn VizBucks?

    VizBucks are earned by taking tests as part of a Vizivo course. Taking tests in a free course does not earn VizBucks for the student.

  • How many VizBucks can I earn from a single test?

    The number of VizBucks earned by completing a test depends on performance and timeliness. Getting all problems correct on a test will earn the maximum number of VizBucks for that test while lower scores will earn less VizBucks. Completing a test within 4 days of its availability earns double the number of VizBucks as otherwise.

  • How do I use my VizBucks?

    VizBucks can be redeemed for tempting rewards. Browse the Rewards page to see the rewards available:
    The number of VizBucks needed to get each reward is given. Click on the "Get It!" button for a particular reward to make a request for it. You must have sufficient VizBucks earned in your account for the request to be honoured.

  • How long does it take to receive rewards?

    Depending on the nature of the reward, it may take 2 to 8 days for Vizivo to send you the reward. Rewards such as online vouchers are processed faster than rewards that need to be couriered to your address.
